Delete your Atlas account

This page explains how to delete your Atlas account and the personal data associated with it. Atlas is a personal health, nutrition, and training app published by Atlas.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Atlas app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Deletion runs immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support@atlashealth.app from the email address on your Atlas account and ask us to delete your account. We verify ownership of that email and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your data from our servers, including:

• Your profile (name, age, sex, height, weight, body-fat, goals, and preferences)
• Bloodwork and biomarker entries
• Food and nutrition logs
• Weight and body-composition history
• Workout and training history
• Your protocol, saved recipes, and supplement data
• Any health and fitness data synced from Health Connect
• Your AI coach chat history

This deletion is immediate and irreversible.

What may be kept, and for how long

A limited amount of data may be retained after account deletion where we are legally required to keep it:

• Billing and purchase records — subscription and transaction records held by our payment processors (Google Play and RevenueCat) are retained as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. These are managed by those providers under their own policies.
• Minimal legal/security logs — retained only as long as required by law, then deleted.

None of this retained data is used to re-identify you inside Atlas, and none of it is sold or used for advertising.
